I looked at him, I mean the "person" and thought to myself "I have know idea what that word means! It sounds like 'Tosha's Moosing's', my logo would be 'It's not over till the 'Moo' Sings.' bada bing" However, after my mind drifted back to reality, I asked "I have no idea what the word means, what does it mean?" "Well" he said, I mean the "person" said, "It means thoughts." I responded "Oooooh okay." So there it is, the story of where the name of this blog came from. Now as a favor to you as the reader I will define the word "Musings" (although I am pretty sure I am the only one that is above the age of 16 who had no idea the word even existed. I am going to define it just in case one of you out there might not have a clue about the word too." Okay so according to the word monkey dictionary on iGoogle the definition is as follows...
Musings:
adjective
- persistently or morbidly thoughtful
- a calm lengthy intent consideration
brooding, broody, contemplative, meditative, pensive, pondering,reflective, ruminative, contemplation, reflection, reflexion,rumination, thoughtfulness
Okay apart from the "persistently" or 'morbidly"... well I suppose that the only thing that is applicable to my blog is the thoughtful part, the rest is fooie. Yes I used the word " fooie" (which is probably spelled wrong because I am in fact a terrible speller and I lack every form of grammar that has been taught in school.)
Well now that the word Musings has been defined it is now 10:43 pm tuesday the 14th of September. I am so tired so ttfn and I will catch you on the flip side.

ReplyDeleteI love to blog too, but it seems there is no time. I was doing a love dare challenge -awesome book, a must read. Then I was blogging about Bettina's addiction and recovery, on a mothers of addicts site. But now Im helping uncle Joey with college and my own college and starting a new ministry. So.... dear niece I will gladly follow your "musings" and live vicariously through you.
btw...I was thinking about visiting soon, I have un-finished business there. Love to you. My desire for you is that you look in the mirror each day and say "I am uniquely and wonderfully made. I can do what God says I can do, and be who God wants me to be. Today is the day He has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it."
